Return and Shipping Policy
All items are custom built when you order and ship within 3 business days.
No returns on items due to covid pandemic. Sorry. This is a temporary situation.
Once the pandemic is over, we will once again accept returns on new and unused items in the unlikely event that something has happened to your bunny and you no longer need the item. (Please, please don’t try to return an item your bunny has chewed or peed on...we are a very small business and can’t afford to absorb a lot of losses like that, thank you)
As would be expected, Customers are responsible for return shipping. As these items are all custom built when you order, and we are paying the cost of shipping the items out to you ourselves, returns are subject to a $25 restocking fee. (We usually eat the cost of the rest of the item ourselves and donate it to bunny rescues so some good can come of a difficult situation).
If your item arrives damaged by ups, let us know right away and we will file a claim for you with ups and get you either a full or partial refund. Our items are built from solid 3/4” thick pine so damage is rare but sometimes apparently ups decides to run a box over with their trucks just to see what will happen...lol...so we do occasionally have to file a claim. If you think it’s fixable we can file for a partial refund For you So you get some money back and you get to keep the item. If you want a replacement or want a full refund ups will pick up the damaged box to inspect it....so please keep the box and all packing, they are very picky and like to deny claims. You will just need to send us a few pics of the damage to the box and the item and we will handle all the paperwork and claims for you and get you a refund or replacement ASAP as we know from experience getting an item and having it arrive damaged is very stressful and we are here to help!
